The brief

A corporate tower with roughly 40 m of blank wall wanted to carry advertising. At 60 m — about twenty storeys — the real questions are not what it costs but how long it lasts and how anyone reaches it to maintain it.

02Costed three genuinely different systems rather than pushing one
03Gave each option its own technical life, access plan and installation duration
04Set the programme at 15 days from design approval and permits
