About
Signscape started as Northsign Advertising, a workshop in the Muñoz–Baesa area of Quezon City. The name changed in 2023. The trade, the people and most of the tools did not.
Crispin Cadenas starts a family signage and advertising-construction business in the Muñoz–Baesa area of Quezon City. Trained fabricators, hundreds of jobs, two decades of storefronts.
The business passes to Ryan Cadenas and is rebranded. Same workshop, same trade, a new name and a deliberate move toward documented quotations and project records.
Storefronts, restaurants, dental clinics, hardware retail, automotive. Construction hoarding at SM Fairview. The volume work that teaches you what fails outdoors.
Pylon signage and structural coordination for DN Steel in Batangas, purchase-order work for PesoKonstrukt, fabricated acrylic for Gigabyte / AORUS.
Three engineered options quoted for a 7 × 21 m wall face at roughly 60 m on Quezon Avenue, and a fully costed 18 × 24 m billboard structure.
Quotations, approvals, payments and partner coordination move into a single operations system. Every job now has an owner, a next action and an audit trail.

How it gets made
No signage company in this country owns every machine, and the ones that say they do are usually the ones forwarding your job to someone else. Here is the actual split.
Design and production files, fabrication and assembly, site survey and measurement, installation, and the repair work most shops will not turn up for.
Laser cutting, very large-format printing, structural steel and high-rise access. Vetted, used repeatedly, and managed by us — you deal with one company.
Whoever cuts the acrylic, the survey, the quotation, the approval and the turnover come from the same place. Nothing gets handed off and forgotten.
